RC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate your access to the Site for violating this Agreement. Upon termination, the provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RC concerning your use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or discussions, whether oral or written. There are no other agreements or warranties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement except as expressly stated herein.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Agreement shall be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been included.
