This Privacy Policy outlines how Reframed Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our website (the "Site") or engage with our services.

Personal Information We Collect

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including details about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and your interaction with the Site. This data, known as "Device Information," is collected using the following technologies:

  • Cookies:  Squarespace (our web host) uses cookies to manage its service offerings and to offer us analytics. You can view their privacy policy here.

  • Log Files: Track actions on the Site, collecting data such as IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

  • Web Beacons, Tags, and Pixels: Electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Information You Provide

When you make a purchase, we collect information such as your name, address, payment details, email address, and phone number. If you are purchasing a group coaching service, participating in a training program, or workshop, we will also collect participant full names, email addresses, and, depending on the service, other personal information that is considered optional. 

This "Order Information" helps us fulfill your orders and communicate with you. We also collect your email address if you use our contact forms. 

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use your Order Information to:

  • Process your orders, including payment, shipping, and providing order confirmations.

  • Communicate with you about your orders or inquiries.

  • Screen for potential risk or fraud

We use Device Information to:

  • Improve and optimize our Site by analyzing how our customers interact with it.

  • Assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

Additionally, we may use your information to send periodic emails about new content, products, or services, and follow up on your inquiries.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above. For example:

  • Service Providers: We use Disco as our learning management software, and you can read about how they use your information here. We use Google Suite for email, calendar, forms, diagnostic collection, and document management and you can read about their Compliance Policies here. We use Google Analytics to understand how our customers use the Site; read more here. We use Butter to provide online remote training; read more here. We also use Zoom to provide online coaching; read more here. For group communication, we use Slack (read more here), WhatsApp (read more here), and iMessage (read more here). When participants sign up for the Gallup assessment, they will be prompted to create an account with their full name (here is Gallup's privacy policy).

  • Legal Compliance: We may share your information to comply with laws and regulations or respond to lawful requests.

Behavioral Advertising

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request its correction, update, or deletion. For such requests, please contact us using the information below.

Data Retention

We retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
